MY COACHING STORY

Hi! My name is Marie McDole.
​My life experience of seeking healing and support during a challenging time was the springboard for my decision to become a coach. After another failed relationship and living without a purpose, I struggled with hopelessness and despair, finally hitting my bottom. I realized through the healing process that I'm worth fighting for. Back then, I couldn't even fathom having a purpose for my life. When I began my healing journey, the negative thoughts came to the forefront, seeping through the cracks. I learned I had to care for them and stop the self-defeating patterns and behaviors that plagued my past.

As a result of my dedication to replacing old behavior patterns with healthy ones, it became harder to tolerate the unhealthy romantic relationship I was in. Healthier relationships surfaced in my life, and unhealthy people dropped off. I could take all of my past pain and heartache and use it as experience to help others going through hard times themselves. I realized that I could experience a fulfilling life, and that diligence paid off.
Today, I am motivated to impact others by helping them get to the other side of hopelessness and despair to ultimately finding joy and peace. That is the inspiration behind Heart 2 Souls Coaching, created to help those in pain transition into a fulfilling life of purpose. I can relate to women wherever they are and help walk them through their pain. Seeing the light turn on in someone else's eyes and watching them get to a place where they're grounded, they can then focus from a lens of reality instead of having trauma inform their decisions.

Wanting to continue the momentum of helping others, I went back to school and became an ordained minister in 2021. I continued to get my Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner program diploma at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, located in Tempe, AZ.

​There, I learned techniques that have transformed my life, how I live it, and how I view the world. I want to bring what I've learned to help you transform your life, Dear Client. I want to help you overcome limiting beliefs that keep you from sharing your dreams and passions with the world, playing small, or feeling stuck. Whether it's your career, love life, spiritual path, or any other area in your life you'd like to "unstick, " I'm here to help.
